ReturnZap offers a 14 day free trial via the Shopify app store. After that, we offer multiple plan options to fit shops of all sizes and budgets. ReturnZap does not charge ANY per label fees, and there are no hidden costs.

Which countries does ReturnZap support?

ReturnZap will work in any country supported by Shopify. The process used to generate return labels will vary by country, so be sure to read our documentation.

Does ReturnZap support language translation?

Yes, ReturnZap supports language translation. All customer facing elements of the ReturnZap returns portal are automatically translated to the user's local language. Current supported languages are: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, and Chinese. Don't see your preferred language? Contact support to request a translation.

Can I generate return labels using ReturnZap?

Yes! ReturnZap offers numerous options to provide customers with return labels. Cover the cost yourself, charge customers directly for labels, or allow them to use their own.

Can I pass return costs along to customers?

Yes, ReturnZap is configurable to allow merchants to charge customers upfront for return shipping labels.

Do I need my own carrier accounts to use ReturnZap?

ReturnZap does not require you to have a carrier account in order to offer self-ship returns, or customer-paid returns for US and Canadian customers. For prepaid return labels or customer-paid returns outside of North America, a free Easypost account is required for ReturnZap. Learn more about how return labels work with ReturnZap.

Can I use my own negotiated carrier rates?

ReturnZap allows merchants to use negotiated carrier rates with carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail and CanadaPost. ReturnZap supports dozens of carriers around the world through our integrations with Easypost and Sendcloud.

Do customers need to contact me to initiate a return?

No! ReturnZap allows merchants to embed a returns portal directly into their Shopify shop to provide a branded, seamless experience for customers. Customers can generate return labels according to the rules you configure via ReturnZap - no call to customer service required.

Do you support exchanges?

Yes, ReturnZap allows merchants to enable exchange options. Customers will be guided through the exchange process via the self service customer returns portal.
