Create prepaid return labels in ReturnZap using our integrations with Easypost.com, Sendcloud.com, or Shippo.com

With these integrations, you have the option to connect your existing shipping accounts or to set up new accounts for use with returns.

Customer Handles Shipping

Customer is responsible for arrange their own shipping - ReturnZap creates an RMA only, and provides return shipping instructions

Customer Buys Labels

Customer is responsible for shipping cost and can purchase a label directly in the ReturnZap returns portal

In many countries this can be done using the ReturnZap global shipping accounts.

You also have the option to connect your own shipping accounts and enable customer purchase labels by configuring our integration with Stripe.com
